Refurbishment of ZKB Reception Buildings Construction (Phases 1-2 awarded, 3-4 opt., 5-8 opt.): Waldkirch: The building is a listed monument. Replacement of all windows (incl. wooden shutters) and entrance doors in the reception building and the extension, roof refurbishment, fire protection measures in the staircase, conservation-appropriate repair of the exterior facade, remediation of moisture ingress in the cellar and subsequent refurbishment, crack repair, renewal of the heating system incl. heat load calculation, renewal of 50Hz systems, renewal of drinking and waste water pipe network, new installation of grease extraction system, new installation of PV system, refurbishment of the rented units on the upper floors. Metzingen: The building is a listed monument. Repair of damages to the roof structure/roof covering, repair of facade; installation of a PV system, decommissioning of attic - cold roof, incl. necessary dismantling of building services, crack repair, refurbishment of the entire staircase, repair of the reception hall, implementation of digital locking system, renewal of 50Hz systems, renewal of heating systems, renewal of drinking and waste water pipe network, repair of the column bases of the station roof canopy. Stuttgart-Vaihingen: Reception Building: The building is a listed monument. New construction of a waiting room for passengers, new construction of a lounge for the BM, replacement of the windows on the 1st and 2nd floors incl. repair of the window shutters, conservation-appropriate repair of the facade, roof refurbishment and application of floor slab insulation, creation of new plant rooms in the basement incl. new ventilation system, renewal and increase in performance of 50Hz, new central heating system, renewal of drinking and waste water pipe network. Annex: The building itself is a listed monument, the extension is not. Partial demolition of the extension, repair of the load-bearing structure, replacement of all windows, roof refurbishment (prob. asbestos), renewal of the heating system, renewal of 50Hz systems, renewal of drinking and waste water pipe network (prob. asbestos), refurbishment of apartment on 1st floor, dismantling of the technical systems on the 2nd floor and installation of floor slab insulation, repair of facade. Hockenheim: The three buildings are listed monuments. The following are planned: renewal or repair of doors and windows, roof structure refurbishment, refurbishment of the facades, structural refurbishment of the interior. Dismantling of decommissioned drinking water pipes, new installation of meters for the building services. Backnang: Core refurbishment - The complete restructuring of the ground floor layout is planned, complete repair of the building fabric as well as the technical (HLSE) systems, creation of a barrier-free access to the main entrance. Bad Säckingen: The reception building is a listed monument, the two annexes are not. The facades will be refurbished incl. replacement of the access doors, the reception hall will be redesigned, the roof incl. the roof truss of the reception building as well as the flat roofs of the annexes will be refurbished, the cellar will be sealed, the heating system, 50Hz systems, drinking and waste water pipe network (prob. asbestos) will be renewed, structural preparation for new ventilation system in rental areas, new installation of grease separator, restructuring and refurbishment of the rental areas.
