The National Agency for Judicial Digital Investigation Techniques (ANTENJ) oversees the regulatory tools used for intercepting electronic communications and other digital investigation techniques. In this capacity, it provides magistrates and investigators with several computer tools that make up the Judicial Digital Investigation Techniques Information System (SITENJ). As part of this, the present procedure aims to provide, by a standard market solution publisher, a solution that enables the active monitoring of the possible illicit use in the digital space of data from the SITENJ, which, for the most part, are strictly subject to the secrecy of the investigation or the inquiry. The details of the services and functionalities are set out in the consultation dossier, but the solution must at least offer a service of: 1) permanent monitoring and information feedback to administration users (automated detection and alert); 2) active search on demand by said users (detection based on the transmitted elements).
