The subject of the present contract is the appointment of a company to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the contractor's petroleum depot technical installations. These services concern all the equipment and systems necessary for the operation, control and securing of the installations, including, but not limited to, the following equipment: • Piping • Ball Valves • Gate Valves • Butterfly Valves • Twin Seal stop and bleed valves • Check Valves • Safety Valves • Flow Regulators • Pumps • Volumetric Pumps • Low point drain pumps • Double-walled underground tank leak detection systems • Above-ground kerosene (JET-A1) storage tanks • Underground fuel (JET-A1 and diesel) storage tanks • Interfaces between underground and above-ground piping • Loading arms • Ultrasonic flow meters • Pressure sensors • Temperature sensors • Tank level and temperature measurement probes • Valve actuators (Rotork) • Electric motors • Fixed installation and electrical equipment earthing systems • Cathodic protection systems (Pipe+R, hydrant and tanks) • Loading and unloading dock control panels • "Man dead" systems • Compressors • Compressed air piping network • Stairs, roof walkways, guardrails and ladders • … This service contract aims to achieve specific and precise performance levels that must be met by the contractor (Service Level Agreement – SLA). The services expected under this contract are more fully described in the technical clauses of the special technical specifications.
