The present contract concerns the appointment of a company to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the adjudicator's petroleum depot technical installations. These services cover all the equipment and systems necessary for the operation, control and securing of the installations, including, but not limited to, the following equipment: • Piping • Ball Valves • Gate Valves • Butterfly Valves • Twin Seal • Check Valves • Safety Valves • Flow Regulators • Pumps • Volumetric Pumps • Low-point Drainage Pumps • Double-wall underground tank leak detection systems • JET-A1 above-ground kerosene storage tanks • Underground fuel storage tanks (JET-A1 and diesel) • Interfaces between underground and above-ground piping • Loading arms • Ultrasonic flow meters • Pressure sensors • Temperature sensors • Tank level and temperature measurement probes • Valve actuators (Rotork) • Electric motors • Fixed installation and electrical equipment earthing systems • Cathodic protection systems (Pipe+R, hydrant and tanks) • Loading and unloading dock control desks • "Man dead" systems • Compressors • Compressed air piping network • Staircases, rooftop walkways, handrails and ladders • ... This services contract aims to achieve specific and precise performance levels that must be met by the adjudicator (Service Level Agreement – SLA). The services expected under this contract are more fully described in the technical clauses of the special terms of reference.
