The present notice is for the conclusion of agreements with pharmaceutical companies in accordance with § 130a (8) sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed solely at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with § 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 (3) GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions, including the level of the discount, that are fixed and non-negotiable for all participants. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners, which can be pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with § 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act.
