Slovenia – Data storage services – Uvedba okoljsko manj obremenjujoče e-hrambe

HSE is the holder of the joint business process of information support for several companies in the HSE group (Dravske elektrarne Maribor d.o.o. (DEM), Soške elektrarne Nova Gorica d.o.o. (SENG), HSE INVEST d.o.o. (HSE INVEST) and RGP d.o.o. (RGP)), therefore the services of e-archive are provided to both HSE and the aforementioned dependent companies (DEM, SENG, HSE INVEST and RGP) through this public procurement. The subject of the public procurement is: - establishment of a certified e-archive in the provider's cloud, - conversion and import of material from files into the e-archive, - e-archive material services and technical support for a period of sixty (60) months. More specifically, the procurement includes the following contents: 1. Establishment of a certified e-archive for a multi-organizational environment for the aforementioned companies in the procuring entity group, during the contract period the procuring entity reserves the right to include additional companies in the procurement; 2. Support in establishing seamless integration of the BusinessConnect document system with the e-archive; 3. Conversion and one-time import of material from various files: - Audio material; - Material that will be captured from physical material by an external contractor selected for material capture. The material will be in an agreed structure, and conversion by the selected e-archive provider will not be necessary; - Material exported from the ODOS document system. 4. Electronic archiving of documentation with technical support for a period of sixty (60) months.
