The Municipality of Utrecht is responsible for organising social accommodation for residents who become homeless. This concerns families and single individuals from various target groups. In the event of a shortage of regular accommodation locations, temporary hotel accommodation is used. To provide suitable accommodation, the municipality wishes to conclude framework agreements with several hotels in Utrecht and surrounding municipalities. The number of rooms required varies per year, and the municipality expects to use temporary hotel accommodation over the entire duration of the framework agreements (maximum 4 years, including extensions) with an expected total value of € 5,000,000,-, exclusive of VAT.
