The Dresden Transport Company AG (DVB) is conducting a market survey on AI-supported solutions for the control centre in the event of a disturbance, as well as for the further development of their data architecture. The aim is to learn about available solutions, technological approaches and operating models to support spontaneous track closures and similar operational restrictions. The focus is on the introduction of an AI-supported evaluation tool for the analysis of dispatching measures and diversions, as well as the possible use of a Data Warehouse or Lakehouse for the use of historical and analytical data. In addition, suitable integration approaches, data sources and operating models (Cloud, On-Premises or Hybrid) are to be evaluated.
