The present procedure involves the award of the service for the preparation of the noise impact report, the preparation of the light/glare/shadow impact report, the preparation of the air pollutant impact report, and the preparation of the specialist reports on air and climate, climate-energy concept as part of the preparation of a submission project in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Act (UVP-G) as amended in the context of a fully concentrated procedure for the project "Stockerau - Retz; selective 2-track expansion". Furthermore, the present procedure optionally includes the establishment, operation and evaluation of a climate and air quality measurement station as well as the support during the detail planning phase.
