The present procedure involves the award of the service for the creation of the impact report on noise, the creation of the impact report on light/glare/shading, the creation of the impact report on air pollutants, and the creation of the expert reports on air and climate, climate-energy concept as part of the preparation of a submission project in accordance with the UVP-G (Federal Act on Environmental Impact Assessment) as amended, within the framework of a fully concentrated procedure for the project "Stockerau - Retz; selective 2-track expansion". Furthermore, the present procedure optionally includes the establishment, operation, and evaluation of a climate and air quality measuring station, as well as accompaniment during the detail planning phase.
