The Municipality of Utrecht wishes to conclude a Contract with a single Contractor for the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and further development of a SaaS application for Workforce Management of the Customer Contact Centre (KCC) and Civil Affairs. In line with the current ICT policy of the Municipality of Utrecht, a SaaS application has been chosen. This roster application schedules the employees and manages the staffing (traffic control). Users of the WFM application The WFM application is expected to support approximately 250 scheduled employees, divided between KCC and Civil Affairs. In addition, approximately 10 planners/forecasters/traffic controllers use the WFM application for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, daily management and reporting. The application is managed by approximately 5 functional managers. Also, 15 managers and coordinators use the available functionalities, including employee self-service. The mentioned numbers and characteristics are indicative and aim to give Tenderers insight into the scale and complexity of the Contract. Procurement volume The scope of the Contract is estimated at € 750,000 (excluding VAT). This concerns the scope for a term of ten (10) years, including the one-off implementation costs and the annual (licence) costs for use and maintenance and a fictitious item for additional services based on the specified hourly rates and training. Note: the mentioned amount is only an indication of future expenditure. The Tenderer cannot derive any rights from this.
