The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the Territorial Department of the National Revenue Agency (NRA) - Dobrich. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Article 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Article 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on minimum requirements for ensuring health and safety at work with video display units and a proposal from the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of the territorial department, the list of which, at the time of preparation of the technical specification, amounts to a projected 79 employees, of whom 67 are women and 12 are men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations, with the contracting authority not committing to specifying the exact number of employees who will be examined. The information about the employees is of a variable nature in terms of number and gender.
