The contracting authority will pursue the procurement of Oncological Medicines, through the application of an open tender procedure, following which a 24-month framework agreement will be concluded with the first three successful bidders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, provided they are submitted within the specified timeframe. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 18 days.
