Bulgaria – Medical equipments – "Закупуване на медицинска апаратура и оборудване за нуждите на ПСАГБАЛ "Света София" ЕАД"

The subject of the public procurement is the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices for the needs of PSAGBAL - Sveta Sofia EAD. The medical equipment and devices must be factory new, unused, not having served as a demonstration, and must possess a certificate of conformity with the CE mark, in accordance with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act. The minimum technical parameters and characteristics that the medical equipment and devices must possess are specified in the technical specification attached to the participation documentation. The public procurement is divided into nine distinct lots. Each participant may participate in one, more, or all of the distinct lots included in the public procurement. The public procurement is funded in accordance with Contract SOA25-DG56-3515/16.12.2025 concluded between the Contracting Authority and Sofia Municipality, in connection with Resolution No. 902 of Sofia Municipality, under Protocol No. 51 of 13.11.2025 of the Sofia Municipal Council.
