France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Accord-cadre à bons de commandes relatif à l'entretien et aux travaux de réparation des toitures terrasses du patrimoine de Partenord Le Groupe et Partenium

Framework agreements concluded as a joint procurement procedure under Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, led by PARTENORD HABITAT (coordinator of the group). Framework agreement with purchase orders under Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14, for a period of 12 months, starting from 01/01/2027, with the possibility of three tacit renewals of 12 months each under the conditions set out in the CCAP, without exceeding 31 December 2030. Variants are not allowed. The framework agreement includes 12 distinct geographical lots. They are concluded with a minimum and maximum annual amount per lot. The framework agreement is executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each of the lots is single-sourced. The interventions will take place in the Nord and Aisne departments. The prices are unit prices and are reviewable under the conditions set out in the CCAP.
