Germany – Vehicle refuelling services – Errichtung und Betrieb von Ladeeinrichtungen für E-Fahrzeuge der WSV

The Specialist Department for Mechanical Engineering Southwest at the Mosel-Saar-Lahn Waterways and Shipping Office aims to electrify the vehicle fleet of the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV). To achieve this, it is necessary to take over the operation of existing charging facilities on approximately 345 properties nationwide and (to a much greater extent) to construct and operate additional charging facilities. These charging facilities are primarily intended for operational/official use by WSV e-vehicles; however, it is also possible for employees or visitors to use the charging facilities secondarily. The contracting authority therefore awards the following services in several lots: - Planning and construction of the upstream infrastructure (four regional lots) - Installation of the charging facilities and operation of the existing and new charging infrastructure (one nationwide lot). Effective coordination and communication between the contractors of the regional lots (Lots 1-4) and the contractor of the nationwide lot (Lot 5) are also crucial for the project's success.
