Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_TWP_Schulverband Dietenhofen_Neubau der Grundschule in Dietenhofen

The Dietenhofen School Association plans to build a new primary school on the existing school grounds at Pestalozzistraße 2 in Dietenhofen, as the current prefabricated buildings from the 1960s are in need of renovation, not barrier-free, and unsuitable for future full-day operations. The new building is planned as a three-storey hybrid structure made of solid and timber construction with 13 classrooms and full-day rooms and is to form a new "school campus" in conjunction with the existing buildings (Mittelschule, Hallenbad, Sporthalle). The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 1-6 for structural design in accordance with § 51 para. 1 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 1 in conjunction with Appendix 14 HOAI 2021

- Special services
