The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of lime stone flour for the needs of PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. and Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. as described in the Annexes to the Notice of Awarding the Contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract, which are Annexes to the Notice of Awarding the Contract, have a preliminary character and that the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Contract will be specified in the Technical Specifications, transmitted as part of the given Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to a single Contractor, during the Execution Procedures.
