Framework agreement for the procurement of goods for the University of Pecs for a total net amount of 254 011 045 Ft for 12 months, divided into 15 lots. The delivery of the products will be carried out according to the detailed description in the contract draft, by creating and operating a foreign warehouse stock, as well as by fulfilling orders exceeding the warehouse stock. The use of the S2D consignment system is mandatory during the execution, the details of which are included in the contract draft. For all tender lots: - If there is only a size difference between the individual products within a tender lot, only products from the same manufacturer and of the same type can be offered. - The deviation possibilities specified in the technical table are decisive for deviations from the sizes specified in the technical content. The contracting authority will conduct the procurement procedure according to Kbt. 105. § (1) a), i.e. the contracting authority will meet its procurement needs through direct orders. In interpreting the contract, in connection with the provisions of Kbt. 105. § (1) a), a direct order resulting in a performance obligation is considered: a) in the creation of the warehouse stock, the signing of the contract, b) in the replenishment of the warehouse stock, the sending of the report to the seller. Due to character limitations, further details are included in the contract draft, which is part of the KD.
