**Procurement framework agreements for the supply of electrophysiological devices I. for the Városmajori Szív- és Érgyógyászati Klinika for a period of 12 months, in the following parts, up to the frame quantities specified for each part. The planned procurement quantity for the 19 parts is a total of 2550 units/12 months. The Invitation to Tender commits to call off 50% of the total quantity per part, considering the 6. § (2) of Government Decree 16/2012. (II. 16.) (the call-off rate committed by the Invitation to Tender was determined with regard to the pace and quantity of device use required for patient care - based on the experience of previous contracts).**

**The Invitation to Tender requests that the products be provided with consignment stocking for all parts during the contract period. Operation of the consignment warehouse: The Buyer shall declare the composition and quantity within 5 working days from the entry into force of the contract. The Seller, by signing the contract, undertakes to place the indicated products in the quantity specified, in accordance with the procurement technical description, in the Buyer's warehouse (initial stock) within 10 working days from the Buyer's declaration. The initial stock shall not exceed 50% of the frame quantity. The entire consignment warehouse stock shall be the property of the Seller. The Buyer undertakes to keep and record the product, and to notify the Seller immediately of the products used. The Seller undertakes to replace the used products within 5 working days from notification. The Buyer shall pay the value of the product taken from the consignment warehouse at the offered unit price. In the case of deliverable goods, the sterility expiry date shall not be less than at least 24 months from the date of manufacture, and at least 12 months from the date of delivery. The detailed conditions are contained in the Procurement Documents. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), if the other procurement documents (procurement technical description) refer to a specified standard, make, origin or type of item, the designation is only for the purpose of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject matter, and the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood next to the designation, on the basis of which the Invitation to Tender is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than the one recorded in the documentation. If the Invitation to Tender wishes to offer an equivalent tool, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to in the reference, the Invitation to Tender must submit documents supporting the equivalence in its offer.
