Poland – Travel agency and similar services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie rezerwacji, sprzedaży biletów lotniczych, noclegów, transportu innego rodzaju, pośrednictwa wizowego oraz zapewnienie ubezpieczenia pracownikom w podróży zagranicznej

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of services in the following areas: 1) booking and agency services for the sale of airline tickets for international and domestic flights, including their delivery to the Contracting Authority's headquarters or a place indicated by the Contracting Authority, 2) booking and agency services for the sale of accommodation abroad and in the country in connection with the Contracting Authority's participation in trade fairs, conferences, etc., 3) agency services for obtaining visas, including their delivery to the Contracting Authority's headquarters, 4) booking and agency services for the sale of other types of transport for the Contracting Authority, 5) provision of insurance to employees of the Contracting Authority traveling abroad. 6) receiving notifications of unforeseen circumstances arising from the provision of services referred to in points 1-5 by the Contracting Authority's employees; 7) resolving problems arising from the provision of services referred to in points 1-5.
