Poland – Network equipment – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego

The subject of the contract is the expansion of the currently used network protection system in the scope of routing, firewall, IPSec VPN, antivirus, IPS, application control and secure VPN tunnels with additional network devices, specified in Annex 2A-B to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "devices". The offered devices must be factory new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing their sale and use in Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the devices and technical support provided in Polish. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchasing and delivering the devices to the Contracting Authority's premises along with unloading, full implementation of the devices into the system along with transferring the configuration and training administrators. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the devices and technical support provided in Polish. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 2A-B to the SWZ 4) The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers, in accordance with the division: a) Part A: devices performing the firewall function - 3 units, fibre optic inserts – 40 units b) Part B: switches - 12 units, fibre optic inserts – 30 units. 5) The Contracting Authority does not foresee the possibility of submitting alternative offers. 6) The Contracting Authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding additional orders for deliveries in accordance with Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). 7) Contract implementation deadline: within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. The contractor may shorten the contract implementation deadline in relation to the required deadline. An offer providing for a shortened implementation deadline will receive points within the framework of the evaluation of offers with the application of the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer. 8) Delivery and installation address: Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, Dział Administracji Sieci i Usług Sieciowych, Ul. Bankowa 14 pok. 411b, 40-007 Katowice 9) Required minimum warranty and technical support period: 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. By technical support, the Contracting Authority understands access to software updates, remote assistance and repair or replacement of the device in case of its failure. The support must be provided by an entity holding an ISO 9001 certificate or an equivalent in the scope of providing service services. Service reports must be accepted in Polish in 24x7 mode (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) through a dedicated internet service module and a helpline. 10) Required service response time: no longer than 1 hour – response in the form of a telephone connection or a response in the service portal. 11) Detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. 12) Changes to the provisions of the concluded Agreement in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, resulting from the provisions of Article 455(1)(1) of the Pzp, may occur in the circumstances provided for in paragraph 10(2) of the contract template (Annex 3 to the SWZ) 13) The contractor may submit only one offer within the scope of a given part of the procedure.
