Employees are engaged in classical administrative tasks (office) at their workstations. In addition, there are temporary tasks in the workshops. However, these are not comparable to tasks in parts-producing workshops. Meetings (e.g. team, project meetings) take place at irregular intervals in the designated rooms. This serves the purpose of information and communication, as the operating team works from home and is constantly on the move in Baden-Württemberg. There will be trips to the operating site to replenish consumables or to take equipment/machinery that is only needed sporadically. Depending on the activity to be carried out in the area of operation, it may be necessary to carry out office or laboratory work in advance. The meeting rooms are used for training, instruction and possibly for seminars. These are internal events for persons based at the site. Material is delivered by post and parcel services.

Workshops

In the electrical and mechanical workshop, nothing is usually produced. The workshops are basically used for the troubleshooting and testing of various plant components. The same requirements apply to the ABG area (troubleshooting and testing of components).

Staffing

120 workstations will be created in the new building at the site. The usual, flexible working hours are between 6:00 and 19:00. Access to the contract documents is restricted.
