Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 29 Rituximab (nur Fertigarzneimittel)

The TK aims to conclude rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Rituximab (only finished medicinal products). The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.12.2026. The contract ends by 30.11.2028 at the latest, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
