The subject of the contract is the printing and delivery of the Forest Calendar 2026/2027 - 9,000 copies. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 9 to this specification. Additional conditions relating to the subject of the contract have been specified in the Contract Template, which is Annex 8 to this specification. Block: - B5 format (165 x 235 mm); - volume 140 pages; - offset paper, 90–100 g, white, smooth, uncoated, non-transparent (93-95%), the purchaser does not allow recycled substitutes; - print 4+4; - 3 mm tape matched to the capital; Cover: - integrated binding: flexible, bendable; - 250‒300 g cardboard; - white chalk label 130 g; - label print 4+0 + matte foil enhancement; - front and back offset white 120 g; - print labels 4+4; - rounded, beveled spine, rounded corners. The purchaser requires that the wood used to produce the paper on which the Forest Calendar 2026/2027 will be printed comes from sustainably managed forests and was responsibly sourced. The contractor, no later than before the start of printing, shall submit a FSC, PEFC certificate or an equivalent document confirming the origin of the paper from responsible sources, or a declaration from the paper producer/supplier together with documents confirming the equivalence.
