The municipality of Steinerkirchen an der Traun intends to act as the contracting authority for the renovation and expansion of the school building for the primary and secondary school. The contract includes the planning of the construction project as a general planner, the local construction supervision, the planning and site coordination as well as the project management. In addition to the architectural design, the following specialist planning services (and the corresponding specialist planning services in relation to the local construction supervision) are to be provided by the contractor or by subcontractors commissioned by the contractor under his responsibility: - Structural engineering - Building physics - Building services - Electrical engineering - Fire protection
