The Kymenlaakso well-being region requests tenders for dental technical work in the field of prosthetics and occlusal splints. Dental protective work (crowns, bridges, prostheses) will primarily be used for clients over 18 years of age. The procurement includes a separate sub-area for the work of a contract-specific dental technician, divided by geographical sub-areas. The supplier may submit their tender for one or more sub-areas. The procurement decision will be made on a sub-area basis. Each sub-area will have its own priority order. The procurement is divided into six sub-areas as follows: Sub-area 1 Northern Kymenlaakso (Kouvola) - Prosthetics and occlusal splints Sub-area 2 Southern Kymenlaakso (Kotka and Pyhtää) - Prosthetics and occlusal splints Sub-area 3 Kaakonkulma (Hamina, Virolahti and Miehikkälä) - Prosthetics and occlusal splints Sub-area 4 Northern Kymenlaakso (Kouvola) - Contract-specific dental technician Sub-area 5 Southern Kymenlaakso (Kotka and Pyhtää) - Contract-specific dental technician Sub-area 6 Kaakonkulma (Hamina, Virolahti and Miehikkälä) - Contract-specific dental technician In sub-areas 1-3, digital duplication is included in addition to traditional duplication. The planned contract period is 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period by 1+1 years. The use of the option years will be agreed upon one year at a time with the Service Provider three (3) months before the start of each. The buyer is not committed to a minimum purchase quantity but will procure the service according to the buyer's needs.
