Description

The subject of the procurement is the temporary provision and use of a scalable, multi-tenant KI Compute, Development and Integration Platform for AI and computationally intensive applications. The platform must be explicitly open to use cases and map both accelerator-based AI workloads and CPU/RAM-intensive development, integration, VM, container, and Kubernetes workloads. The scope of services includes a guaranteed, economically viable Compute Unit (CU) contingent that is flexibly usable over the contract period, the mandatory Accelerator Capability classes G1 to G3, optionally offered Future and Multi-Accelerator classes G4 and G5, a separate Platform Runtime Pool, at least 100 TB of persistent storage, network and platform functions, security, operational, support, documentation, exit and transition services. The total contractual remuneration amounts to a binding 1,100,000.00 EUR gross. The competition takes place over the binding scope of services granted for this fixed price and the quality characteristics fully published in Annex 2. Invoicing takes place after the binding confirmation of provision by the contractor. With the contractual provision after the initialization phase and acceptance, the 36-month service entitlement, the offered total CU contingent, and all minimum and offered additional services are granted. Provision and invoicing must be completed by no later than 15.12.2026 to ensure that the complete cash outflow is guaranteed by no later than 31.12.2026. This is not a framework agreement with later compensated individual calls and not a monetary or cloud credit.
