The subject of the order is: 1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties and holiday homes in the area of the Municipality of Murów, and disposal of the collected waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy 2) collection and disposal of municipal waste gathered at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Murów in accordance with the waste hierarchy (without operating and maintaining the PSZOK) 3) maintenance of detailed documentation related to the implementation of the subject order, including the issuance of KPO (regarding the collection of waste from the PSZOK in Murów) 4) cyclic delivery of segregation bags to all properties covered by the municipal waste management system 5) collection and disposal of municipal waste, divided into: a) collection at source (carried out within the unit price specified for 1 Mg) — unsorted (mixed) municipal waste — glass — plastic, metals and multi-material packaging waste — paper — bio-waste — ash b) collection from PSZOK (carried out within the unit price specified for 1 Mg) — glass — plastic, metals and multi-material packaging waste — paper — bio-waste — hazardous waste (chemicals) — expired medicines — waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes — used batteries and accumulators — used electrical and electronic equipment (also hazardous waste) — furniture and other bulky waste — used tyres — construction and demolition waste — textile and clothing waste. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Detailed description of the subject of the order".
