The present procurement system concerns the purchase of used vehicles. It will allow, for a period of 4 years, to request tenders from approved economic operators for the purchase of used vehicles. These consultations are referred to as “specific contracts”. The dynamic purchasing system allows one or more economic operators to be pre-selected for regular purchases, through an open and fully electronic process, by which the buyer, after competitive bidding, awards one or more specific contracts to one of the previously selected operators. The needs are broken down into 4 lots which correspond to categories or segments of purchase. The maximum total cumulative annual amount that can be ordered on these segments is 600 000 euros VAT. The estimated start date for the services (first specific contract) is 1 June 2026. The validity period of the tenders is specified in the specific contracts.
