The present consultation concerns the reception of waste from the services of the Commune de Beaune. Single lot. Indeed, the nature of the waste and the logistical constraints make splitting into lots irrelevant and counterproductive. It would result in excessive complexity for the management and coordination of services. The contract is concluded for a period of 3 years from the date of notification. By way of derogation from Article 3.1.2 of the CCAGS FCS, the notification is deemed to have been made on the date of dispatch of the documents on the buyer profile.
