The project involves a general design mission within the framework of the renovation and restructuring project of the Hippodrome de Paris-Vincennes, including a major modernisation project and the opening of 8 hectares to the public by 2030, transforming the site into a mixed-use venue (racing and leisure). The existing buildings have a floor area of approximately 18,000 m². The project consists of: - the complete renovation of the building: energy renovation, as well as modernisation and restructuring of the infrastructure (public reception, stables, stands, technical spaces, logistics, etc.), with regulatory compliance of the site (Tertiary Decree, accessibility, safety and security); - the improvement of the image and attractiveness of the site for the general public: meeting the expectations of the general public in terms of animal welfare and reaffirming the polyvalent vocation of the site, by amplifying and diversifying the uses in events, sport, culture, leisure, catering; - the integration of a landscape project that strengthens ecological considerations and is open to walking.
