The installation of dedicated electrotechnical equipment is necessary to ensure the remote monitoring of piezometers and additional drains installed on the Bious dam, in line with the existing monitoring system. This equipment will include, in particular, cabling, cabinets, switchgear, protection, power supplies and transmission interfaces allowing connection, acquisition, securing and automatic transmission of measurements to the ALOHA monitoring systems of the structure. This additional instrumentation aims to enhance the monitoring of the structure, improve the reliability of the monitoring of interstitial pressures and drainage flows, increase responsiveness in the event of abnormal changes in parameters and limit manual interventions on site. It will also enable the harmonisation of the operation of the new measurement points with the existing equipment and ensure the continuity, traceability and availability of the data necessary for hydraulic safety monitoring. Description of the phases of the services/works/supplies, without the following list of works being considered exhaustive: - The execution plans, detailed and summary plans, calculation notes, surveys, measurements and assessments necessary for a good understanding of the problems to be solved on site; - Analysing the existing plans and technical documents for the structure; - Analysing the plans, diagrams and study documents for the future installations on the structure; - Setting up the site, means of access and handling necessary for carrying out the work; - Temporary protection until acceptance; - Drawing up the operating procedures and risk analyses of the operations; - Participation in the ICP, in the establishment of the prevention plan and in the acceptance operations; - All types of tests including all accessories for carrying them out; - Provision of all certificates, minutes requested by the project owner and/or the inspection body; - Supply of parts and works, their transport and installation on site including all necessary constraints; - Supply of materials, equipment; - Carrying out all the work necessary for the proper installation, commissioning and acceptance of the equipment and supplies; - Provision of the deliverables described in the DT; - Waste management, site cleaning; - Participation in the general coordination needs of the site and in the implementation schedules. Technical capabilities expected: - Electrical work and studies (LV); - Rope access work; - Work at height; - Cable tray support and installation; - Cable laying and connection - commissioning; - Control and command; - Instrumentation; - Electrical tracing; - Electrical panel/box manufacture. References expected: - 3 references for work on hydroelectric structures over the last 3 years; - 3 references for rope access work over the last 3 years; - 3 references for control and command and/or instrumentation work over the last 3 years. Certifications: MASE or equivalent, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Electrical H0V, B1, B2..., Rope access and work at height.
