France – Architectural and related services – Fourniture et installation d'équipements de cuisine dans le cadre du projet Refondation

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and guarantee of kitchen equipment for the company restaurant of the new printing works of the Banque de France as part of the Refondation project. The catering service provides for: - A production kitchen for 560 meals per day. - A company restaurant, adjacent to the kitchen, where 420 hot-plate meals are served, with a Scramble-type distribution area, a Dining Room with 168 seats, two privatisable Dining Rooms, and a coffee area. - A canteen, near the Reception Hall of the new building, where 100 cold-plate meals are served. - A room in the Paper Mill where 30 cold-plate meals are served. More specifically, the services of the contract include: - the supply, installation and commissioning of the kitchen equipment of the self-distribution as well as the training on the equipment; - the control of the expectations and reservations made by the technical lots during the construction phase of the buildings, and the possible adaptation of the fluid connections and expectations for the ordered equipment, including for the existing equipment on the Chamalières site scheduled to be moved in 2027 by the services of the Banque de France. - the 30-month guarantee of the equipment from the date of provisional acceptance. The contract includes a fixed-price part and a part with purchase orders. The fixed-price part corresponds to the supply, installation, commissioning and training related to the kitchen equipment as defined in the price schedule of the DCE downloadable from the safetender platform: https://achats-banquedefrance.safetender.com. The purchase order part does not include a minimum amount and a maximum amount which corresponds to 10% of the fixed-price part. The contract is concluded for a period of 45 months from its execution date and an overall execution period of 34 months from the date of receipt of the first purchase order prescribing the effective start of the services (including 4 months for the delivery and installation of the equipment and then 30 months of warranty from the date of provisional acceptance).
