Poland – Electricity distribution – Zakup energii elektrycznej trakcyjnej wraz z usługą dystrybucji na potrzeby prowadzenia działalności przewozowej z uwzględnieniem rekuperacji na lata 2027-2030 z opcją na rok 2031

The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical traction energy and the provision of electrical traction energy distribution services for the needs of carrying out transport activities with traction vehicles powered by a 3kV DC electrical network in the years 2027-2030 with an option to extend to 2031. The Supplier will acquire and deliver to the Buyer energy from renewable energy sources in a specified quantity each year of delivery, which will be confirmed by appropriate guarantees of origin. During the competitive dialogue, the requirements of the Buyer will be specified. The final scope of the contract will be defined in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ), which will be provided by the Buyer's Authorised Representative together with the invitation to tender.
