France – Laundry-collection services – Location et entretien de linge hôtelier et de vêtements de travail pour les 4 EHPAD gérés par le CCAS de Lyon

The services covered by this contract concern the rental and maintenance of the items listed in the price schedules (professional clothing and hotel linen) for the 4 EHPAD managed by the CCAS de Lyon and include the following operations: - The supply of items in accordance with the samples presented, - The rental of flat linen and workwear - The provision of an initial stock equivalent to approximately 2.5 rotations - Delivery and collection, including delivery within 24 hours in case of missing quantities - The provision of all the equipment necessary for pre-transport packaging and transport. - Sorting of linen at the contractor's premises - Laundering, maintenance, cleaning, treatment, disinfection of contaminated linen, drying, ironing, folding - Packaging and wrapping - Traceability of items The marking as defined in the CCTP - Replacement of worn linen - Replacement of linen with persistent, residual or significant wear stains - Repair of professional clothing (buttons, press studs, zippers, hems, pockets, tears...) and flat linen. - Return of non-conformities (e.g. residents' clothing, equipment,...) - Assistance with the implementation of services
