Romania – Ultrasonic unit – Furnizarea de dotări și echipamente medicale în cadrul proiectului „Dotarea Unității de Supraveghere și Tratament Avansat al Pacienților Cardiaci Critici din cadrul Spitalului Clinic Județean "Sf. Ioan cel Nou" Suceava”, cod SMIS 350774.

On 15.04.2026, the Financing Contract No. 46954 was signed between Suceava County and the Ministry of European Investment Projects for the project titled “Equipping the Advanced Monitoring and Treatment Unit for Critical Cardiac Patients within the "Sf. Ioan cel Nou" Suceava County Clinical Hospital”, SMIS code 350774, submitted under the project call PS/665/PS_P3/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P3_RSO4.5_A7 - Investments for equipping the infrastructure of public health units treating critical cardiac patients. Under Activity A1. Equipping the Advanced Monitoring and Treatment Unit for Critical Cardiac Patients within the "Sf. Ioan cel Nou" Suceava County Clinical Hospital, the acquisition and supply of the necessary equipment and supplies for equipping the health unit compartment is planned. According to the project budget, the total estimated value of the acquisition of specialized equipment and supplies necessary for equipping the Advanced Monitoring and Treatment Unit for Critical Cardiac Patients is 4,140,430.00 lei without VAT, respectively 5,009,920.3 lei with VAT. This acquisition will be carried out in 4 lots, as follows: - Lot 1: Supply of advanced cardiology application echocardiographs (CPV code 33112200-0 Echograph) - 2 units, the estimated value being 1,173,165.00 lei without VAT/unit, respectively 2,346,330.00 lei without VAT total lot value; - Lot 2: Supply of central station with 14 monitors for vital functions monitoring (CPV code 33195200-5 Central monitoring station), the estimated value per lot being 1,230,000.00 lei without VAT; - Lot 3: Supply of multifunctional medical beds for the intensive care section (CPV code 33192150-8 Special beds for therapy) - 14 units, the estimated value being 29,150.00 lei without VAT/unit, respectively 408,100.00 lei without VAT total lot value; - Lot 4: Supply of fully equipped biphasic defibrillator (CPV code 33182100-0 Defibrillator) the estimated value per lot being 156,000.00 lei, without VAT. The financing for the payment of the price of each supply contract is ensured through the Health Programme, Project Call PS/665/PS_P3/OP4/RSO4.5/PS_P3_RSO4.5_A7 - Investments for equipping the infrastructure of public health units treating critical cardiac patients. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, signed with extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, with the deadline set by the contracting authority, respectively the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications: 16 days. Clarification requests will be sent separately, for each lot of the present public procurement procedure. Responses to clarification requests regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP, in the “List, clarifications, notifications and decisions” section of the participation notice. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with art. 27 para. (3) of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions regarding the award of the public procurement contract/framework agreement from Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority sets the following deadlines by which it will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/additional information: - the first deadline: with 20 days before the tender submission deadline specified in the participation notice; - the second deadline: on the 11th day before the tender submission deadline.
