The subject of the contract is the supply of a blood component separator for the Apheresis Department of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, including accessories, calibration, transport, moving and handling work, commissioning, performance of initial validation, training of the buyer's staff and delivery of documents relating to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and operating instructions in both printed and electronic form, including warranty service, safety inspections, professional maintenance and periodic checks at least 1x per half year and further according to other conditions of the tender documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a Purchase Contract for the supply of the device with the selected supplier. The subject of the contract is also the removal and disposal of the existing old device.
