Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 17 Interferon beta-1b (Fertigarzneimittel: Betaferon(R))

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Interferon beta-1b (finished medicinal product: Betaferon(R)). The contract will be concluded as part of the TK's Open-House procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.07.2026. The contract will end at the latest on 30.06.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
