Germany – Canteen and catering services – Catering-Ausschreibung in zwei Losen für die Locations Konzerthaus Freiburg und Historisches Kaufhaus

The contracting authority, Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG, is awarding the right to operate catering services in the following event venues:

- Concert Hall Freiburg

- Historic Merchant's Hall Freiburg

The Messe Freiburg is not the subject of this procedure. The concessionaires provide catering services independently to event organisers and guests and generate their revenue directly from the market. There is no entitlement to a minimum turnover or minimum order volume. The economic risk of service provision is borne by the respective concessionaire. The award is made in two lots.
