Germany – Social work services – Maßnahme zur Aktivierung und beruflichen Eingliederung von erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigen nach § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 SGB III

The objective of the measure is to mobilise and strengthen the willingness of employable beneficiaries to participate, and to gradually integrate them into the labour market. The implementation is carried out in accordance with § 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 SGB III as a combination of the elements for - integrating participants into the training and labour market and determining, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III), - placement in compulsory insured employment (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 SGB III) and - stabilisation of employment entry (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 5 SGB III).
