This contract concerns the provision of reception and return centres for individuals that the Swedish Migration Agency assesses have the right to accommodation. The centre should be designed to allow flexibility in use, as individual needs can change at short notice. The centre should therefore be usable regardless of the individual's current process status and be adaptable to the needs of the operation. The length of stay varies between individuals and cannot be determined in advance.

The contract covers a comprehensive service that should meet all basic needs related to accommodation. This includes access to furnished accommodation, information services, meal services including food, hygiene facilities, hygiene products, laundry facilities, and areas for play, study and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, spaces for social interaction, necessary staffing, and work areas for the Swedish Migration Agency's staff should be included. Access to the internet should be ensured. All parts must meet the requirements and specifications set out in the contract.

Modular solutions may be erected as part of the centre, for example to meet the need for common areas or other complementary functions, provided that these meet the applicable requirements according to the agreement and the relevant regulations.

Joint meetings between the Swedish Migration Agency and the Supplier will be held at the start and during the contract period. The purpose of the meetings is for both parties to engage in a dialogue regarding issues related to the contract and to contribute to good business relations.

The Supplier must have the capability and resources to deliver according to the contract from the start of the agreement.

The Swedish Migration Agency does not guarantee any procurement volumes or values in this contract.
