The subject of this procedure is the turnkey construction of a new fire station at Düsselberger Straße in the Gruiten district of the Garden City of Haan. Scope of services and contract type: The award is made within the framework of a turnkey contract (TÜ-Vertrag). This includes both the comprehensive constructional implementation and all necessary planning services, as well as the design of the outdoor facilities. The turnkey contractor assumes responsibility for all deliveries and services required for the complete, functional, building-regulation-compliant and defect-free completion of the project. The new building is planned as a compact, single-story structure on an approximately 8,089 m² site. The space program includes: parking spaces for five emergency vehicles. Capacity for 42 emergency personnel (divided into 32 men and 10 women). Functional rooms, such as training, storage and standby areas. Note on the area: Approximately 2,100 m² of the plot is reserved for alternative use. Objective: The focus is on a needs-based and architecturally high-quality building that has a high functional performance. The design must meet the standards of a modern fire station and prioritize the criteria of sustainability, economic efficiency and efficient use of space.
