The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a paragraph 8 sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 paragraph 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join rebate agreements with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the level of the rebate. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners who are pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicinal Products Act.
