Concession/Delegation of the public water supply service on the territory of the Collectivity. The selection procedure for candidates and tenders is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 and R. 1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) and the third part of the Public Procurement Code. The Delegatee will be in charge of managing the public service from 1 January 2027 for a base period of 9 years. Candidates may propose as an alternative a different duration justified by their services or by the amount of investments planned in the contract. The tasks entrusted to the future Delegatee are: to operate at its own risk and peril the public water supply service (production, storage and distribution of drinking water) on the territory of the Collectivity with an obligation to achieve continuity and quality of service, to ensure the maintenance, upkeep, renewal and major maintenance of the installations, works and equipment, to carry out regular and systematic monitoring of the service (emergency intervention 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year), to manage relations and billing with service subscribers, to update the geographical information system (GIS) taking into account new regulations, to produce annual activity reports.
