ALGESA needs to ensure a stable and competitive supply of cleaning materials for schools and municipal facilities, guaranteeing the recurrent provision of chemical products and supplies, with technical homogeneity, cost reduction, and swiftness in order adjudication. The need is permanent and predictable, so an SDA (Standing Daily Agreement) is chosen to allow open competition and the progressive incorporation of suppliers.
