Germany – Construction work for manufacturing plant – Bau von Hochbaumaßnahmen, Außenanlagen und Verkehrsflächen im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von Wasserstoff

The Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH (SWS) is implementing the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart project at Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart. The project includes, among other things, hydrogen production with subsequent compressors and storage, a hydrogen pipeline, a trailer filling station, a battery storage system, and electrical installations. The subject of the present contract is the new construction of an operations and visitors building as well as the associated outdoor facilities as part of the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart project. The service is to be offered as a general contractor service. The service is divided into two sub-areas:

• Part 1: Building construction work LOT 300 incl. LOT 400 (detailed functional specification)

• Part 2: Outdoor facilities and traffic areas LOT 500 (bill of quantities with quantities and items)

(collectively hereinafter "construction services")

The construction services must be coordinated with the other components of the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart and, together with them, form a functional overall system. The contractor must take this into account when performing the construction services. A detailed description of the interfaces and responsibilities can be found in the separate document "Bill of Quantities" (= Annex 1 of the tender documents).
