Germany – Construction project management services – Rheinland Klinikum Neuss, Vergabe Projektsteuerung Erweiterungsbau Lukaskrankenhaus

The Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH intends to construct a four-story extension (basement plus three upper floors) at the Lukaskrankenhaus site in Neuss. The plan includes establishing a "Centre for Operative Medicine and Intensive Care" and a "Centre for Family-Oriented Obstetrics and Neonatology" to structurally and functionally strengthen the site as a maximum care provider. The construction project, funded with public grants, with estimated gross construction costs of approximately 107 million EUR (cost groups 200-500 according to DIN 276), is to be completed by the beginning of October 2031 at the latest. The subject of the contract to be awarded is project management services according to the scope of services in Volume 9 of the AHO publications "Project Management Services in the Construction and Real Estate Industry", as of May 2025. The contract generally includes all project phases and areas of action according to the AHO scope of services. The services of project phases 1 and 2 - project preparation and planning - will be firmly commissioned upon contract award. The follow-on commissioning with services of the further project phases will be on separate call-off, to which there is no entitlement (optional).
