Extension of a single-story timber light construction to a 2-story (UG, EG) building in reinforced concrete construction.

Timber construction, basic structure, internal walls CLT: 150cbm CLT ceilings and walls, 35cbm BSH beams/columns GL24/GL28, 10cbm NH C24 (timber, rafters, timber studs)

Cutting work: 550lfm load-bearing timber components (main beams floor and roof, flank beams, columns, timber, rafters), non-load-bearing internal walls CLT 100/120, approx. 250m2

External facade timber frame construction and cladding: 250m2 web beam wall elements non-load-bearing with cavity insulation with ventilated cladding from open and closed timber cladding

Flat roof sealing: 550m2 flat roof sealing main roof surfaces with fall insulation and bitumen sealing in the pouring-pouring and rolling process with parapet coverings made of powder-coated aluminium

Window elements with sun protection systems: 8 individual windows B/H 1.25x2.10m DK with external sun protection system textile screen 6 individual windows B/H 1.25x2.10m DK with external sun protection system textile screen

Skylights and roof lights: 3 flat roof window elements as openable skylights 1 flat roof window element as NRWA
