Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is procuring a group transport system for use in personnel transport services. The system is used for planning and routing various group transports. Group transports are primarily similar, recurring and pre-scheduled transports, such as various work and daily activity transports as well as school transports. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender documents. The tender documents describe the buyer's requirements, but the materials are currently provisional. The procurement will be implemented as a competitive negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 36 of the Public Procurement Act, so the buyer wishes to negotiate the implementation model and requirements during the procurement process.
