We wish to conclude a contract with one external agency specialising in AMC. This agency will support us in all aspects of AMC, such as employer branding, search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative search engine optimisation (GEO), internal branding, and target group marketing. This agency will also support us in developing, executing and optimising our AMC. The aim of this is to position the Judiciary effectively in the labour market and thereby contribute to attracting and retaining talented employees who fit the values and ambitions of the organisation. The estimated value of the contract is €1,500,000 per year. Based on a maximum duration of four years, the total estimated value amounts to €6,000,000. The maximum contract value is €8,000,000.
