THIC, Tierp and Heby Municipalities' procurement centre is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for architects and landscape architects. Procurement will take place successively. For smaller assignments, framework agreements will be awarded to a supplier in the DIS for a period of six months to one year. These are therefore subject to continuous competition.
